I help people meet their deep desire and bring more of themselves to life.

I coach leaders—folks with positional power and those with relational influence—who are working from the inside out to make a better world. I coach people seeking to live truer to their nature and their deepest calling. As a counselor, I work with self-aware adults seeking insight and change through an accelerated, body-centered alternative to traditional “talk therapy.”

I offer my clients space and presence.  The room to discover, and the safety to reveal, what’s most alive in them.  I attend to power, social identity and cultural narratives—in my clients and in me. I work with intuition, metaphor and the body.
